  • The aim is to learn different types of meditations that you will be able to connect to on a regular basis.
  • Length of the course is weekly and is one hour per session over 6 weeks
  • A beautiful introduction into the journey of the Heart and Spirit.
  • This is an opportunity to fall in love with the joy of meditation.
  • Over 6 weeks you will learn heart opening meditation techniques, how to calm the mind, the method of self-discovery and transformative emotions.
  • Ultimately, revealing more awareness and stillness in your life. An invitation to live with an open heart.

The 6 weeks will consist of:

Breathing Meditation
Heart Meditation
Mindful Meditation
Visualisation Meditation
Mantra Meditation
Chakra/Energy Meditation

You will also learn:

History of meditation,
What meditation is exactly doing for you?
How the brain works and heals with meditation?
Your posture in meditation
How it can calm the emotions?
How to use it every day effectively?

You will also receive a recording of the meditations every week for you to keep and practice.

Your tutor is Ann Varney who is an Accredited Meditation Teacher, Seichem and Reiki Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist and has a Masters in Psychology. Ann has scientifically studied Meditation with great effect, within a High School with 42 children aged 12 – 14 years and a Buddhist Monastery, 6 miles from Tibet in a very remote location 15, 000 ft in the beautiful snow-capped mountains called ‘The Happy Valley’.
